A bold, atypical site for a residential development in Katowice, Poland — built to sell floor plans and strong enough to carry the brand into print and social.
Central Park Katowice is a residential investment in Poland, selling apartments across Optimum, Standard, Plus, Premium, and Smart types — each with its own floor plans and pricing. The client wanted a site that stood out from the generic, corporate look most developer sites share.

Beige palettes, stock renders, dense spec tables. The brief was the opposite — bright and atypical, distinctive enough to reuse across print and social, while still helping a buyer find and compare floor plans by type, size, and price.
A deliberate departure from the beige-and-stock-photo norm — chosen so the same visual language could extend cleanly onto brochures, signage, and social posts. The apartment finder lets buyers filter by unit type before ever seeing a plan.

Buyers heart the plans they're considering on a dedicated Likes page, then send the shortlist to their own inbox in one step — turning a passive favorites list into a lead-capture moment.

Contact details and a message form for the Katowice and Kraków sales offices — one tap from any floor plan.

Comparing floor plans, saving favorites, and reaching a sales office all work the same on a phone as they do on desktop.
No formal conversion metrics are tracked, but the client has been satisfied with the design and its reuse beyond the site itself — exactly as intended.
